CANCELLATION POLICY - I understand that emergencies and illness happen, and very much appreciate it if you can give minimum 24hrs notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. First one is free but if it becomes a habit I will charge a NO SHOW FEE of 50% of the scheduled service value should you miss your visit without proper notification.
NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS. ALL SALES FINAL.
If you need a color or cut adjustment please let me know within 48 hours of getting your hair done. After 7 days you will be charged for all services. I am happy to work with you, but communication is key.
